I would like to welcome the preteens to an environment that is...well, for preteens. While AWANAs and the Youth are doing their activities, we would like to see our preteens continue to grow in faith with kids their own age. They will be guided through age grade bible study and biblically based activities to help direct them toward a personal experience with the Lord.
We believe that ministry to kids should be kid-friendly, meaning that activities and outreach opportunities are planned specifically for them. In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Zone 56 is high impact, relevant and Biblically based. We believe that this ministry should be done with excellence in an effort to model for children the habit to serve God with personal excellence.
It is our philosophy that kids should be taught and given opportunities to worship God in a real and meaningful way.
God wants our students to...
live the truth,
engage in worship,
connect with their friends,
reach their generation,
and serve their world...
in order to expand His Glory and Kingdom.
